Lumina is a nine-storey development of 141 apartments at Thornton, Penrith, delivered for Urban in 2020 and a finalist in the 2021 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) awards.
Ozscaf provided the full perimeter scaffold across the development, erected in stages with the structure under two tower cranes and kept in place through façade and fit-out. Lumina is one of three Ozscaf projects in Urban’s Thornton precinct at Lord Sheffield Circuit, alongside The Henry and Navali.
