Signature by Stargate is a 15-storey mixed-use development of 118 apartments at 362 to 384 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction. It is Stargate’s second project with Ozscaf and is currently under way.
Ozscaf provides the full perimeter scaffold to the tower, with external stair access towers so trades can move between levels without relying on the hoist. On a tight Oxford Street frontage the scaffold is erected in stages with the structure and altered as the façade goes on, keeping the site working to programme from the first lift to the last.
