The Centennial Collection is a two-tower residential development at 2 Nelson Street, Bondi Junction, and Stargate’s first project with Ozscaf. It is a current project.
Ozscaf supplies the full perimeter scaffold to both towers. The façades are curved, so the scaffold follows the building line on every lift rather than running in straight bays. Cantilevered loading platforms are built off the scaffold for craneage, and the scaffold is tied into a materials and personnel hoist that runs the full height of the tower. The package is altered as the façade progresses and stays in place until the towers are closed in.
